• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How much is shipping?

  Yarn Rates:
  US: $4 for the first item, $1 each additional item per order.
  Canada: $9 for the first item, $2 each additional item per order.
  Everywhere else: $13 first item, $4 each additional item per order.
  **Jumbo Skeins like SuperSock weigh more, therefore shipping for those skeins are as follows:
  US: $5 for first Jumbo Skein, $2 each additional skein
  Canada: $10 for first Jumbo Skein, $3 each additional skein
  Everywhere else: $14 for first Jumbo Skein, $5 each additional skein
  Fiber Rates:
  US: $5 if shipped alone, $2 if shipped with other items.
  Canada: $10 if shipped alone, $3 if shipped with other items.
  Everywhere else: $14 if shipped alone, $5 if shipped with other items.

  **Outside the USA, buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost, if any. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  Merchandise will NOT be marked as a gift or marked down in value on the customs forms to help you avoid paying additional import fees or taxes. Doing so is illegal and violates both US and international regulations.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your yarn will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International orders will take longer.

  (Please note shipping times begin after your order has actually been accepted at the post office, not from the time your order is placed.)
